This course enables the student to identify the appropriate recruiting methods for locating and attracting different types of candidates, explains the key steps in the selection process, evaluates the validity of various selection techniques and describes various performance appraisal methods. Prerequisite: AP/HRM 2600 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
