Examines, at the advanced level, theories pertaining to industrial organization. Covers oligopoly, entry, vertical integration, product differentiation, advertising, innovation and market structure, and industrial organization in an open economy. Discusses public policy where appropriate. Prerequisites: AP/ECON 2300 3.00, AP/ECON 2350 3.00 and AP/ECON 3200 3.00, or equivalents.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
