Covers the corporate training process of needs analysis, objective setting, program design, adult education, equity in training, methods and evaluation, as well as alternatives to training and the role of stakeholder. Prerequisites: AP/ADMS 1000 3.00, AP/ADMS 2400 3.00, and AP/HRM 2600 3.00.
