Examines the history of unions, the nature of the industrial relations systems including the legal framework, the social psychological climate, contract negotiation and administration. Ideologies and trends are discussed. Prerequisite: AP/ADMS 2400 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
