Examines political experience in the era of globalization. Issues covered include work in the global city; immigration and racism; culture and media; women and the international division of labour, and; environmental sustainability.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
