Introduces students to the norms of behavior and decision-making protocols in the public sector. Lectures are combined with simulations, discussions and group activities to develop effective oral and written communication skills, team building and conflict resolution capabilities along with political acuity, intercultural skills and social media management. Prepares students for experiential education opportunities including practicums and internships.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
