Introduces students to critical theories, perspectives, approaches and practice skills relevant to social justice work with small groups, communities and social movements. Students will have the opportunity to explore the significance of collectivization and social action with the goal of effecting social, economic and political change. Prerequisites: AP/SOWK 1010 6.00, 18 credits in non-social work courses.Corequisite: AP/SOWK 2050 6.00.

- 20% Rule
No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
