Examines the spatiality of Toronto's rapid growth in recent decades, the forces shaping emerging regional issues, the policy tensions between economic competitiveness, environmental sustainability, social cohesion, access and equity, and the planning responses addressing these issues. Course credit exclusion: AP/SOSC 3760 6.00.
