This course investigates the theory and practice of Corporate Social Responsibility programs, including the normative and social science analysis of particular issues and practices, as well as their role in regulation and legitimation in larger political economy regimes. Prerequisites: AP/SOSC 2340 6.00 or AP/SOSC 2349 6.00 or permission of Instructor.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
