This course focuses on critical stances with which to view our society's preoccupation with information and technology. Different models and theoretical approaches are used to understand how information and technology affect social change. Prerequisite: AP/COMN 1000 6.00. Course credit exclusions: AP/COMN 2312 6.00 (prior to Fall 2012), AP/COMN 2312 9.00 (prior to Fall 2012), AP/COMN 2319 6.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
