Through the study of various media, we examine the role of communication technology in child development and social change related to gender, culture, ethnicity, and families, and explore the meaning of childhood as reflected in media. Course credit exclusion: AP/COMN 4303 6.00 (prior to Fall 2012).

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
