This course develops the students' command of Italian through the further study of difficult areas of morphology and syntax. Readings from contemporary sources expose students to Italian cultural trends and provide a basis for discussions and short essays. Prerequisite: AP/IT 2000 6.00 (with a grade of at least C) or equivalent, or permission of the department. Course credit exclusion: AP/IT 3030 6.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
