The course provides a wide-ranging and provocative analysis of the social forces and individual responses contributing to diversity in family life, emphasizing how social, economic and political changes in Canadian society have reshaped family forms and social policy. Course credit exclusions: GL/SOCI 2685 3.00, GL/SOSC 2685 3.00.
