This course surveys apocalyptic themes from the Bible to the present day. It focuses primarily on images of the end of the world in 19th- and 20th-century science fiction, and places the works studied in their cultural and historical contexts. Course credit exclusion: AP/EN 2302 3.00 (prior to Fall 2011)., AP/EN 3172 3.00 Prior to Fall 2011: AP/EN 3172 3.00 was AP/EN 2302 3.00.


Course Start Up

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
