Through an analysis of selected plays of the 19th and 20th centuries, each representing a new development in dramatic expression, students will explore the relationship between each play's literary text and its adaptation for the stage. Prerequisite: AP/FR 2200 6.00. Course credit exclusions: None. PRIOR TO FALL 2009: Prerequisite: AS/FR 2200 6.00. Course credit exclusion:AS/FR 4325 3.00.
