This course seeks to look at concepts and principles that underlie the norms of contemporary criminal law to bring out its moral and social dimensions. These concepts and principles are illustrated by analyzing selected legal cases. Prerequisite: AP/SOSC 2350 6.00 with a minimum of C+.
