This course focuses on imparting to students key skills associated with managerial success in organizations. Leadership is a key theme throughout the course, which also addresses decision-making, conflict resolution, time management, team-building, negotiating, and other critical management skills. Prerequisites: AP/ADMS 1000 3.00, AP/ADMS 2400 3.00, and AP/HRM 2600 3.00.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
