This course identifies and explains stereotyping, discrimination and institutionalized racism in the school system. Linkages of racism to class, gender, language, religious difference and other forms of diversity are analyzed and strategies for achieving social equity are explored.Course credit exclusion: AP/MIST 3605 6.00Course Prerequisites: 24 credits

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
