Calendar Description / Prerequisite / Co-Requisite

This course assumes students have a basic knowledge of the EU and its institutions. The course considers how multi-level structures of governance and multiple actors are involved in compromise, negotiation and policy making in Europe. This course uses debates, simulations and other interactive tools to address the complex issues facing the European Union and its member states. Prerequisites: AP/POLS 3520 3.00 or the permission of the Instructor.


Course Start Up

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website. Course materials begin to be released on the course website during the first week. To log in to your eClass course visit the York U eClass Portal and login with your Student Passport York Account.
