This course introduces students to the field of legal geography, which focuses on spatial and place-based aspects of law and legal regulation. By drawing from the critical perspectives of legal studies, disability studies, feminist and critical race studies, this interdisciplinary course offers an overview of contemporary debates and issues in the field of legal geography. PrerequisiteS: AP/SOSC 1375 3.00 and AP/SOSC 2350 6.00


Course Start Up

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
