This course examines models of second language acquisition, as well as their theoretical foundations in linguistics, psychology and cognitive science. Students examine how these models have been applied to the teaching and learning of French in Canada, France and the rest of the francophone world.Prerequisites: AP/FR 2100 6.00Course credit exclusion: GL/FRAN 3556 3.00


Course Start Up

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
