A study of contemporary events and developments in Aboriginal politics, this research seminar course may cover topics such as: democracy and decolonization; land claims and self-government; climate change and traditional knowledge; social movements and indigenous resistance; natural resource extraction conflicts; and Aboriginal law. POLS 3102 recommended, but not required.


Course Start Up

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
