Calendar Description / Prerequisite / Co-Requisite

This course examines diversity, justice and solidarity at work, including demands for equity and inclusion, trade union and human rights initiatives. Examples of Canadian and international labour market inequalities are explored, including the strategies adopted by community and labour organizations to achieve social, political and economic justice.Course credit exclusions: None. PRIOR TO FALL 2009: Course credit exclusions: AS/SOSC 3981 3.00, AS/SOSC 3990R 3.00 (prior to Fall/Winter 2003-2004).


Course Start Up
