This course focuses on imparting to students key skills associated with managerial success in organizations. Leadership is a key theme throughout the course, which also addresses decision-making, conflict resolution, time management, team-building, negotiating, and other critical management skills. Prerequisites: AP/HRM 2600 3.00 and AP/ADMS 2400 3.00.For BCOM and BDEM students ADMS 2400 only.

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
