Supply chain management is about planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient flow of material and information in multi-stage production-distribution networks. This course provides the knowledge and the tools necessary to develop, implement, and sustain strategies for managing supply chains to increase responsiveness and profitability. Prerequisite: AP/ADMS 3330 3.00; or permission of the Instructor.
