This course introduces students to methods and measures used to examine the impact of human capital and HR initiatives. Students learn how to frame a business problem in the context of HR principles, and to use data to analyze HR-related business problems and communicate results. Students will also be made familiar with the purpose of more advanced analytical methods.Prerequisites: AP/HRM 2600 3.00
