This course examines the principles and theories underlying communications and cultural practices, policy and regulation in Canada, with particular attention to the role of the state and the private sector in shaping the nature of political and cultural discourse in Canada. Course credit exclusions: None. PRIOR TO FALL 2009: Course credit exclusion: AS/POLS 3100 3.00.


Course Start Up
