Calendar Description / Prerequisite / Co-Requisite
A discussion of the development of the law of real property in the context of the common law and current legislation. Emphasis will be placed on practical considerations in the methods of the lawyer and the businessman in arriving at their conclusions. Prerequisite: AP/ADMS 3810 3.00. Note: Students are strongly recommended to complete AP/ADMS 2610 3.00 before taking this course.
