This course continues the study of strategy and policy begun in Part I. Emphasis is placed upon strategy and policy implementation, planning and other related issues. Decision-making processes which facilitate these activities are dealt with in lectures and utilized in practical exercises. Prerequisites: 78 credits including AP/ADMS 4900 3.00, AP/ADMS 2320 3.00 and AP/ADMS 3330 3.00. Open only to students in Honours programs.

No examinations or tests collectively worth more than 20% of the final grade in a course will be given during the final 14 calendar days of classes in a term.
