Explores the evolution of the performing arts, theatrical techniques of the Grand Siècle, and the main artistic forms and aesthetic aspirations of the period. Prerequisite: AP/FR 2200 6.00. Course credit exclusions: AP/FR 4320 6.00, GL/DRST 3600 3.00, GL/FRAN 3600 3.00.
