Calendar Description / Prerequisite / Co-Requisite
Covers the corporate training process of needs analysis, objective setting, program design, adult education, equity in training, methods and evaluation, as well as alternatives to training and the role of stakeholder. Prerequisites: AP/ADMS 2400 3.00 and AP/HRM 2600 3.00. AP/ADMS 2400 can be taken concurrently with AP/HRM 3410.

Course Websites hosted on York's "eClass" are accessible to students during the first week of the term. It takes two business days from the time of your enrolment to access your course website.
